I am well-familiar with paintings of Vilik Zakaryan. More, I love them. His art is intellectual, emotional, intelligible and thoughtful. I welcome the fact that he keeps on working regardless of what has been already achieved by him. He is always searching and doing his utmost. In his pictures I restlessly sense and feel comfort and repose, a kind of thoughtful and meaningful lyricism.
